Week 1: Une Semaine de Bonte Panel Responses

Panel Responses

1st Panel: The woman in the panel looks like a dancer you'd see on the side of the street. The way she has her hands up in the air and her clothes look like they're moving. The chicken and the eggs that are at her feet just look like they're apart of her as well, but I'm not sure why.

2nd Panel: There's another woman laying on the bed dead while this bird-like person is standing over her watching. It kind of seems like this bird figure killed her the way he's standing over her.

3rd Panel: I think the women in the hold is the same one in the 3rd panel so it's proven that she is dead. But now there are 2 more figures one that looks human and the other looks like a goat or ram along with the bird-like figure looking over her while she's in the ground. The environment looks like they're doing some type of funeral or ritual for her too.

4th Panel: It now seems like 2 animal-like figures murdered the human figure and now she's laying on the ground lifeless.

5th Panel: The bird figure looks like he killed another person and now she's laying on the floor while he has his hands up in victory. And maybe the other chickens are kind of like a trace that he's been there.

6th Panel: There doesn't seem to be any killing in this one, but it looks like the bird figure is peering into this room with these two other ladies who seem to be minding their own business. But it looks like the bird has a plan to hurt them, based on the way he looks.

7th Panel: The chicken seems to make himself present to the two women he was looking at before. However, the two women don't seem to be fazed by the chicken and the chicken seems to have a plan for them.

8th Panel: The roster man seems to become a full being rather than being just part man. Now it seems like these two women are scared and are trying to hide from the rooster, but they can't escape him.
