Week 10: Buddha Vol.1 Response

I'm always up to reading things that are about different religions, it's all interesting. For this story, the title caught my attention and I'm really glad that it didn't lie to me. I really did expect a religious comic or at least just some type of religion in it.

Something I thought was interesting about the comics art style was that it reminded of an old comic my great-grandmother used to show me, it was about the story of Jesus. Especially when the character is in the village talking to people on the street. It was a simple comic, but still, go the point across. However, the comic I read when I was younger didn't have as much text as this one did. Which I mean isn't bad and I didn't mind all the reading.
